Creamy cheese:

  • 100 gr. of sugar

  • 100 gr. of whipped cream

  •  250 gr. cream cheese (Philadelphia)

For the caramelized apples:

  •  4  golden apples

  •  75 gr. butter

  •  100 gr. sugar

  •  1 cinnamon stick

  •   Brown sugar to burn


First we prepare the caramelised apples. We peel and cut the apples into squares. In a frying pan, put the butter, sugar and cinnamon stick. Let them cook over medium-low heat, until the apples are brown and caramelised. Let them cool. To prepare the creamy cheese: in a bowl put the cream with half of the sugar and beat until it has a little consistency, it should not be completely whipped. Reserve it. In another bowl, put the cheese and the rest of the sugar and beat it with the rods, until it becomes creamy. Then add the cream that we reserved and beat until everything is integrated. For the final presentation: We fill the glasses this the cheese mixture up to a little more than half and we finish filling them with the caramelised apples. Sprinkle a little brown sugar on top and burn it with a torch. Leave them in the fridge until it is time to serve them. Enjoy it!
