CHEESE FROSTING
Ingredients:

125 gr. Cream cheese

300 gr. Icing sugar

50 gr. Butter

1Ts vanilla essence

Pinch of salt

Elaboration:
​
Sieve the icing sugar and the salt through a colander. Mix the, butter, sugar and vanilla essence until it has the consistency of sand. Add the cream cheese and blend everything together a high speed until is it a creamy mixture. Put the batter in a pastry bag and decorate your cupcakes.
