  • 1/4 red onion

  • 1/2 cucumber

  • 1/2 red/green pepper

  • 3 tomatoes

  • 120 gr Feta cheese

  • some kalamata olives

  • 3 Tsp Olive oil

  • 1 1/2 Ts lemon

  • Salt & pepper



Cut the red onion into rings. Cut cucumbers into thick half-moons. Cut tomatoes into wedges and the green and red peppers in julienne. Cut the Feta cheese into small cubes. Mix all together in a salad bowl. Place the olive oil, lemon and seasoning in a bowl and mix them well to prepare the vinaigrette. Place the salad ingredients in a big bowl, pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine just before serving. Garnish the Greek salad with a little freshly ground black pepper and enjoy it!.
