  • 1 cooked beetroot

  • 1-2 oranges

  • Rocca leaves

  • Black olives

  • Feta cheese

  • Juice from lime

  • Salt

  • Extra virgin olive oil

  • White and black sesame seeds




Cut the beetroot in small cubes and reserve. Peel the oranges and separate the segments with care so you do not break them. Reserve. Wash the rocca leaves and drain them well. 


Prepare the lime sesame dressing: 

In a crystal jar pour some lime juice, add some salt, extra virgin olive oil and a Teaspoon of both white and black sesame seeds. Close the jar and shake it well.


In a nice serving bowl, place the rocca leaves on the bottom,  add the beetroot pieces, the orange segments, black olives and crumble some feta cheese on top. Drizzle the salad with your lime sesame dressing. Toss everything well and enjoy it!
